My instruments are the flute and the altosax. Though my roots are in this city that is so famous for its classical tradition I would consider myself a jazzmusician.

Since twenty years I work with samplers and computers in my own studio, which gives me total freedom and control over my productions.

Having the luck of two talents - I studied at the Academy of Applied Arts in Vienna – the optical element always played an important role in my life and music; so I work as a composer for film, theater, media or crossover danceprojects. My own musical vision has currently found its format in the studio/live-project LOP:NOR , a partly virtuell drm´n´bass-flavoured funky jazzband. I also teach at the Gustav Mahler Conservatory , Vienna (Austria´s first class for Jazzflute !)-
